It's a signature mate, go to your User CP and on the left hand side it should say "Edit signature" somewhere and then you can add one just like you would with an avatar. Hope this helps. Personally think they get better from right to left. Just otu of interest, Ive noticed you always have the player a bit off centre and to one side, any reason for that?
