MaoaM 9,865 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Share Posted February 12, 2011 Hello Everyone! Once again I am here with my predictions on the premierleague. This is the third time rating this league, the last 2 times went very well and i'm pretty sure this one will. I know there are a few other threads out there, but I have always stated I was doing one, and I have not copied anyone else. I watch the EPL regularly, and also got stats from ESPN for a bit of help. This thread is to help people so please don't moan if I have made a mistake. I will happily ask any questions, but only regarding players who are playing in the EPL (Not loaned out). Green = Rise Light Green = Might Rise Black = Stay Orange = Might Drop Red = Drop BOLD = Bigger Rise or Drop Manchester United Edwin Van Der Sar 94 -> 94 Tomasz Kuszczak 87 -> 87 Anders Lindegaard 86 -> 86 Patrice Evra 94 -> 94 Fabio 83 -> 85 Rafael 89 -> 89 Wes Brown 89 -> 89/88 Nemanja Vidic 96 -> 96 Rio Ferdinand 94 -> 94 Jonny Evans 89 -> 89 Chris Smalling 87 -> 88 John O'Shea 89 -> 89 Ryan Giggs 92 -> 92 Paul Scholes 92 -> 92 Darren Fletcher 92 -> 92 Michael Carrick 92 -> 92 Luis Anderson 90 -> 91/90 Darron Gibson 86 -> 86 Owen Hargreaves 88 -> 87 Antonio Valencia 91 -> 91 Luís Nani 92 -> 93 Ji-Sung Park 90 -> 91/90 Gabriel Obertan 86 ->86 Correia Bebe 80 -> 80 Wayne Rooney 95 -> 95 Javier Hernandez 89 -> 90 Dimitar Berbatov 93 -> 93 Michael Owen 88 -> 88/87 Chelsea Petr Cech 94 -> 94 Ross Turnbull 85 -> 85 Henrique Hilario 83 -> 83/82 Ashley Cole 94 -> 94 José Bosingwa 92 -> 91 Branislav Ivanovic 92 -> 93/92 Paulo Ferreira 87 -> 87 John Terry 94 -> 94 Rodrigo Alex 91 -> 91 David Luiz 90 -> 91 Florent Malouda 92 -> 92 Yuri Zhirkov 91 -> 91/90 Frank Lampard 94 -> 94 Michael Essien 95 -> 95/94 John Obi Mikel 91 -> 91 Santos Ramires 90 -> 91 Josh Mceachran 80 -> 81 Yossi Benayoun 89 -> 89 Nicolás Anelka 93 -> 93/92 Salomon Kalou 90 -> 90 Didier Drogba 95 -> 95 Fernando Torres 95 -> 94 Manchester City Joe Hart 90 -> 91 Shay Given 89 -> 88 Aleksandar Kolarov 89 -> 90/89 Micah Richards 89 -> 89 Kolo Toure 91 -> 90 Vincent Kompany 91 -> 92 Joleon Lescott 89 -> 90/89 Dedryck Boyate 82 -> 83/82 Pablo Zabaleta 89 -> 90 Jerome Boateng 89 -> 89 Shaun Wright- Phillips 88 -> 88 Yaya Toure 92 -> 93/92 Gareth Barry 91 -> 91 James Milner 90 -> 90 Patrick Vieira 88 -> 88 Michael Johnson 86 -> 85 Nigel De Jong 91 -> 92/91 David Silva 93 -> 93 Adam Johnson 88 -> 89/88 Carlos Tevez 94 -> 94 Mario Balotelli 89 -> 89 Alves Jo 88 -> 88/87 Edin Dzeko 92 -> 92 Arsenal Jens Lehmann 88 -> 87 Manuel Almunia 87 -> 86 Lukasz Fabianksi 87 -> 87 Wojciech Szczensy 85 -> 87 Gaël Clichy 92 -> 92/91 Kieran Gibbs 86 -> 86 Bacary Sagna 92 -> 93/92 Thomas Vermaelen 91 -> 91 Sebastian Squillaci 90 -> 90/89 Laurent Koscielny 89 -> 90/89 Johan Djourou 89 -> 90/89 Emmanuel Eboue 89 -> 89 Cesc Fabregas 95 -> 95 Neves Denilson 89 -> 88 Abou Diaby 89 -> 89 Jack Wilshere 89 -> 90 Aaron Ramsey 86 -> 86 Alex Song 91 -> 92 Samir Nasri 93 -> 93 Andrei Arshavin 93 -> 93 Tomás Rosicky 89 -> 88 Theo Walcott 90 -> 90 Robin Van Persie 93 -> 93 Nicklas Bendtner 89 -> 89 Marouane Chamakh 91 -> 90 Tottenham Hotspur Heurelho Gomes 90 -> 90 Carlo Cudicini 86 -> 86 Stipe Pletikosa 86 -> 85 Benoît Assou-Ekotto 89 -> 90 Vedran Corluka 90 -> 90 Alan Hutton 88 -> 88 William Gallas 93 -> 93 Ledley King 89 -> 88 Michael Dawson 88 -> 89 Sébastien Bassong 88 -> 88 Jonathan Woodgate 87 -> 87/86 Younes Kaboul 87 -> 87 Gareth Bale 90 -> 90 Luka Modric 92 -> 92 Wilson Palacios 89 -> 89 Tom Huddlestone 89 -> 89 Jermaine Jenas 88 -> 88 Ranieri Sandro 88 -> 89 Rafael van der Vaart 92 -> 93/92 Aaron Lennon 90 -> 91/90 Niko Kranjcar 89 -> 89/88 Steven Pienaar 90 -> 90 Jermain Defoe 91 -> 90 Roman Pavlyuchenko 90 -> 90 Peter Crouch 90 -> 90 Liverpool Pepe Reina 93 -> 93 Peter Gulacsi 78 -> 78 Fábio Aurelio 87 -> 87 Jack Robinson 75 -> 75 Glen Johnson 91 -> 91/90 John Flanagan 75 -> 80 Jamie Carragher 91 -> 91 Daniel Agger 90 -> 90 Martin Skrtel 90 -> 90 Sotiris Kyrgiakos 87 -> 87 Danny Wilson 83 -> 83 Martin Kelly 85 -> 85 Raul Meireles 91 -> 91 Lucas Leiva 89 -> 90/89 Jay Spearing 80 -> 84 Jonjo Shelvey 80 -> 81 Christian Poulsen 88 -> 88/87 Steven Gerrard 94 -> 94 Joe Cole 90 -> 90/89 Maxi Rodriguez 90 -> 90 Dirk Kuyt 91 -> 91 Luis Suarez 91 -> 92/91 Milan Jovanovic 88 -> 88/87 Andrew Carroll 88 -> 88 David N'gog 86 -> 86 Everton Tim Howard 90 -> 90 Jan Mucha 86 -> 86 Leighton Baines 89 -> 90 Phil Neville 88 -> 88 Tony Hibbert 87 -> 87 John Heitinga 90 -> 90 Phil Jagielka 89 -> 89 Sylvain Distin 89 -> 89 Leon Osman 88 -> 89/88 Seamus Coleman 87 -> 88/87 Mikel Arteta 90 -> 90 Marouane Fellaini 90 -> 90 Jack Rodwell 87 -> 87 Tim Cahill 91 -> 91 Diniyar Bilyaletdinov 88 -> 88 Victor Anichebe 86 -> 86 Magaye Gueye 82 -> 82 Louis Saha 88 -> 88 Jermaine Beckford 85 -> 86 Fulham Mark Schwarzer 90 -> 90/89 David Stockdale 83 -> 83 Carlos Salcido 88 -> 88 Matthew Briggs 77 -> 77 John Pantsil 87 -> 87 Stephen Kelly 85 -> 85 Brede Hangeland 89 -> 89 Aaron Hughes 88 -> 88 Philippe Senderos 87 -> 87 Rafik Halliche 85 -> 84 Chris Baird 87 -> 87 Simon Davies 87 ->87 Danny Murphy 88 -> 88 Steve Sidwell 87 -> 87 Dickson Etuhu 87 -> 88/87 Jonathan Greening 86 -> 86/85 Zoltán Gera 87 -> 87 Eidur Gudjohnson 86 -> 86 Gael Kakuta 80 -> 82 Clint Dempsey 88 -> 89 Damien Duff 88 -> 88 Andy Johnson 88 -> 88 Moussa Dembele 88 -> 88 Bobby Zamora 88 -> 88 Harris 17, Maxpayne, eidolon and 5 others 8 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

He was in much better form last year despite making less appearances. When i hear people talk about form players this year Lennon isn't on anyones list. I'd agree with this. A rise from Yaya is also very hopeful and Bent is no more likely to get a 91 now than he was at Sunderland (very unlikely ). On first glance I also think having Valencia as a possible dropper is harsh given that he's been injured for the entirety of this reviewing period. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Infact If Clichy wasnt with Arsenal he would be 88/89 tops , he's not been good since like 06/08. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Machines 7,352 Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 Re: New Premiership Ratings By MaoaM 2010/11 No rise for Hart? Yeah, i think he deserves it. #1 in team and NT, both good ones, and doing great. I didnt notice that he´s not lined for a rise. Talking about other players and ratings, I think that Song is not a certain riser, its possible a rise for him, but i think its too son for that, maybe when season is over. Rafael and Djourou should get 88, no more. Koscielny didnt even rise last time, so it would be unfair giving this two players a +2, cause they´re not being awsome. Wilshere definitely deserves 89 for now, top player, he will keep rising in future. Imo there´s also a small possibility of rises to David Luiz, Ramires, Milner and even Adam Jonhson, despite he gets injured i still think he deserves 89. I think you (MaoaM) did harsh with chelsea and city, but chelsea isnt doing great so youre probably right. In general i tend to agree with the rest of the predictions and think they´re fine and i can see you put some effort and accuracy into this. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Machines 7,352 Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 Re: New Premiership Ratings By MaoaM 2010/11 Oh, and i think Yaya Toure does not deserve a rise at moment. 92 is just ok. I will also suggest you to add Grant Hanley from Blackburn to your list, he´s rated 75 and he´s probably in a rise to 78 or something cause he played some games for them. Has appeared 24 times, but in all of them he was either subbed or a sub himself for a total of 794 minutes with a goal against Wigan. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Spam 7,775 Posted February 14, 2011 Report Share Posted February 14, 2011 Re: New Premiership Ratings By MaoaM 2010/11 A* Thread as per usual MaoaM, gotta spread first, but yet again you've put together an accurate predictions thread for the PL. KIU! On a seperate note, Hart shouldn't be a 91 rated GK yet, of late he's conceded a few stupid goals, and there's plenty of time for him to rise further. Main 'wants' in these changes are rises for Sagna, Song, Kompany, Nani, Nasri, VDV and Hernandez, plus drops for Defoe and a few others. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
