Re: English Championship 7777 - Discussion Thread

I have one question... They made it from scratch or is there a shirt template in some sort of website with various options similar to "pimp my ride":p?

This is the one I have, the page also has a guide to help, it's pretty simple and yes there is a plain shirt, but with loads of makes (nike, adidas etc.) and different kit looks (stripes etc.), all you need is to get outside of the designer is your teams logo and sponsor :)

Re: English Championship 7777 - Discussion Thread

Would anyone want to take part in the Second edition of the 7777 Fantasy Kits Competition?

For people who don't know' date=' basically entrants would make their own kit for their team, and people vote for which is their favourite... (Simple as peas)

As many of you know I ran this about 18 months ago here and it went down well, providing some pre season entertainment :) Plus with all the recent drama regarding the manager situation, I thought this could be something new to discuss haha.

I'm thinking about the same format as before, but with people entering downloading the shirt designer and making their kits themselves if that is okay? I'd rather not have to do most of them like last time haha although if people really can't do it, then I guess they could ask me or someone else to do their kit.

I'll give it a go. Really enjoyed your first one. It was a success in my eyes

Count me in mate. I am Aldershot. I did some research and i found a quite good site in a shirts retail sale where you can customize your own soccer jerseys, but it has a boy in the picture, so your website is much better:)

Cheers guys' date=' hopefully we'll gather interest tonight and tomorrow and if we get enough interest (like 8-10 people at least) then I'll start a new thread with information tomorrow, or should I just continue on the old thread?[/quote']

Re: English Championship 7777 - Discussion Thread

went for an extra attacking mid instead of playing three defensive, certainly didn't work, wasn't expecting to get past the argies but still wasn't expecting the result to be so one sided

Dan Martin was unable to prevent a Uruguay defeat to Argentina.

Uruguay were hammered by Argentina 5 - 0 in their SMFA World Cup Quarter Final fixture.

but then again going against a front 5 of tevez-messi-aguero-higuain-lavezzi

you could say i got off lightly:eek:

and as for sheff wed

Dan Martin steered Sheffield Wednesday to victory against Grimsby Town.

Sheffield Wednesday outclassed Grimsby Town and beat them 5 - 1 in a thrilling Friendly encounter.

Salihović was impressive and scored a hat-trick, later being voted Man of the Match for his performance.

Srna and Welbeck were also amongst the goalscorers.

Boom! Boom! Barrow!

Ed Moses steered Barrow AFC to victory against Southampton.

Barrow AFC outclassed Southampton and beat them 2 - 0 in their Friendly fixture.

Felipe had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.

Mugni and Ayala were amongst the goalscorers.

Thats how we do things in these here parts of the wood.

Sorry Chris, but pretty pleased with that.

Now, if you would just sell me Dzagoev for £2m and Jack Cork it would be a perfect Day 1 at Barrow ;)

Argentina 5-0 Uruguay

Argentina cruise into the semi-finals of the world cup after humiliating South American rivals Uruguay. Lavezzi and Messi put Argentina 2-0 up at half-time. Sergio Aguero sealed the win after the hour. Higuain scored two late goals when the game was already over.

Still no goals for Carlos Tevez during the competition. I expect more from my Blackpool captain

Bosnia in the semi-final, Netherland v Mali is the other semi-final

Blog Idea

Hey guy's i know i'm new to this game world but i have noticed that this game world has so many people in it and most of them take part in the forum. But i think we should create a blog for the game world as it would be easier to navigate to, i have seen a number of other game world's doing it and it has worked well and with this game world i think it would work amazingly well if you all up for it ?. Let me know what you guy's think.
