Charlton 3-5 Arsenal

Charlton Athletic have lost to Arsenal 5 - 3 in a thrilling Division 1 encounter.

Kanunnikov, Robson-Kanu and Petersen were amongst the goalscorers for Charlton.

Leaves us back in 18th. Maybe we can get better results in the Youth Cup.

Well earned point - Swansea came from two goals down to earned a vital point at home to league leaders Crewe. After going behind 2-0 in the first 20 minutes Swansea showed a lot of character to level the score with 10 minutes to go. The point takes them out of the bottom four and into 20th spot.

Bolton win 5-Goal Thriller at the Reebok!

Bolton 3 - 2 Bath City

Bolton win a 5-goal thriller last night against Bath City as they emerged as 3-2 victors in what was an extremely exciting match. Hancock's men were looking to keep up their good form (unbeaten in their last 7 league games) and get into a play-off spot and the succeeded. The win took Bolton to 5th in the table, now only 5 points off an automatic promotion spot. Bolton were missing Captain Kevin Strootman due to suspension & CB Dante filled in as captain in his absence. This is the team that started last night against Bath:

Krul (89)

Carvajal (89) - Howedes (90) - Dante © (93) - Alaba (93)

Goretzka (85)

Zuniga (90) - Draxler (90) - Hazard (86) - Fischer (87)

Kiessling (91)

The visitors took the lead in the 21st minute through Saphir Taider. Bolton had a golden opportunity to make it level again when they were awarded a penalty in the 25th minute but Draxler's effort was saved by Bath City keeper Sorrentino. Bolton managed to equalize soon after though, Viktor Fischer making it 1-1 in the 33rd minute. Just a minute after the game restarted after half-time, Bath took the lead again, this time through Salpingidis. Bolton managed to equalize again through captain Bonfim Dante in the 72nd minute - only Dante's second goal of the season. Just a minute later Bolton took the lead when Thorgan Hazard put the ball into the back of the net - Draxler providing the assist.

Bolton face last placed Norwich next.

Re: English Championship 7777 - Discussion Thread

HEREFORD are in their usual form, after a decent unbeaten run which included a few of the highest rated teams, we now are on a run of 3 defeats, the latest at home to Derby , where we were lucky to only lose 1-0.

Saints next?????

Will update the table tomorrow, cba to do it twice in one day lol.

Only 7 fixtures this week, Crewe wouldnt accept my request. Probably would have been 3-0 anyway as they not changed there team last few rounds in competition.

If I see a club free I'll try and offer them to you.

Bolton won 3-2 in the Youth Cup last night against Aldershot even though we were down to 9 men as Draxler & Bernat got sent off. Goretzka, Fischer & Thorgan Hazard scored for us while Sterling grabbed a brace for Aldershot. I think we're top of Group B now but I'm not entirely sure :o

New Accrington manager here' date=' this is one neglected team, we're losing 300k a week and have a fair bunch of ageing players, most of my team are up for sale, sensible offers only for anyone interested in any of my players.[/quote']

welcome,

one of the most difficult jobs in the set up, it needs a decent manager to stick around for a while.

Gary hurd done a great job getting them into div 2 but it is very hard keeping them there.

they havnt been neglected in general, just since when Matt left a couple of weeks ago.

good luck.

;2872781']Sorry about this U21 league' date=' but I think it might be discontinued after the group stages.

Was a good idea, but not many keeping up with the squad changes (myself included :o)[/quote']

Only the same 3-4 teams dont bother to set teams, the other 15 clubs have been very good of late

I've enjoyed doing the tables, and will definately make it continue after the work we have put in :)

(Plus its likely to be my only chance of silverware, DONT TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME! :P)

£1.7m in debt and cant sell any of my players or my squad will drop below 21. Cant buy either because of the debt. Anyone got any suggestions? I vastly need to trim this wage budget.

one of the bigger clubs will read this and offer you a 2 for 1 deal, then once you have 22 players you can slowly start selling and buying, you just need to be patient.

explain your need for a 2 for 1 deal on the newsfeed as well.
