MaoaM 9,865
Re: The Fluffy Ligue 1 Thread Woo hoo.I hope West Ham can make a few more signings like this.Need a winger and a RB I'm guessing Alou will drop to 89 as West Ham aren't allowed a 90 on their squad as i have research West Ham since 2009 on SM and everytime we sign a rated 90.SM drop them. Well West Ham have been near relegation since 2009 (Eventually being relegated in 2011) so its understandable why they drop them. Its the same if a 90 rated player moved to Wigan, he would drop as the team is usually near the foot of the table. I never really watched Diarra play, but I heard he was in some bad form last season (Most os Marseille for that matter), so if he does drop that may be a reason

If Diarra drops, it will be based on his performances with Marseille who ended 10th last season. He still got in the Euros for France. Cabaye didnt drop when he moved to Newcastle who werent a top 10 team, so if Diarra doesnt drop, staying at 90 will depend on West Ham's performances and position at each review. Elohim 16,771
Re: The Fluffy Ligue 1 Thread Based on his performance last season for Marseille and France ... Diarra should rise to 91 rather then drop to 89 .. he was without a doubt their best player last season together with Valbuena and is 100% safe at 90. IF SM decides to drop him then I'll know for sure that SM does not look at player performances but only on numbers and statistics ... I think everyone saw his greatness during the Euros, together with Cabaye he was insanely good ... I did not want M'vila to come on instaed of him when he was "fit" just because Diarra and Cabaye had such a great teamwork together ... West Ham or not ... Diarra will stay 90 or rise +1. Elohim 16,771
Re: Riferimento: The Fluffy Ligue 1 Thread I'd like to have an opinion on Ben Yedder. Yesterday he played half the match against Montpellier and scored a goal. It seemed he changed the game or at least he added some energy to Toulouse.I'd like to understand from someone who knows him better if he is a potential future "star" (yesterday he gave this impression) or only an average player. Thank you! Alright riky' date=' like promised, here's what I think about Ben Yedder. He had 9 subs last season with around 160 minutes or something similar ... can't really remember exactly He absoluitely started this season better then last with 1 quick goal He did have 1 goal last season aswell and should, at the end of the day rise to 78/79 ... and ofcourse continue to rise as the season progresses. I can possibly see him getting 5 starts and 20 odd appearances throuigh the season wich should land him on 83/84 when the season has ended ... solely based on his apperances ... if he continues to score and play an important role whenever he comes on ... an 86 rating is more likely. He's 21 and only used as a sub in a young team such as Toulouse, might be a "late bloomer" but I'd say 88/89 tops for him in his career.[/color']
Elohim 16,771
Re: The Fluffy Ligue 1 Thread Elo what's your opinion of Sebastien Haller of Auxerre? Do you think he will play most game for them this season (Started one league and cup game so far)ps.. Miss you in Tribute to Wc1000!!! :'( He will probably see alot of games this season yes ... and will rise accordingly ... but the big name from Auxerre is Cyriaque Rivieyran. I'll do a massive post on him later. lincvillan

Elohim 16,771
Re: The Fluffy Ligue 1 Thread Evian TG - Bordeaux0-3 Bordeaux really have the better team ... Evian might have what it takes to be top 10 ... they've got a good solid base but at this point ... Bordeaux is my choice. Nancy - Stade Brestois1-1 / 2-1 Going to play it safe and do two different on this one ... I don't think Brest has a chance this season in all honesty ... They're more or less equals ... but Nancy will play at home and that'll do alot I'd say ... a draw is more likely then a win but I'm not 100% on this one. OGC Nice - Ajaccio1-0 Ajaccio has the better defense and deff the better GK in Ochoa ... but overall ... Nice is better and they've got the advantage of playing at home and that ought to do it in the end. PSG - Lorient4-2 While PSG are the clear favourites here ... Lorient is not to be underestimated they've got an exceptionally good team and unlike PSG they have had a whole season to play together and get to know eachother ... and while I think It'll be enough to compete with the top teams it's not enough to beat PSG's stars ... but like I said ... Lorient are not to be underestimated. Rennes - Lyon2-2 This is probably the most even game so far ... Rennes has a great team and Lyon wants to comeback after last season's fiasco ... I don't think there'll be a win for any team tonight but they'll share a point. Saint-Etienne - Lille3-1 This is for me ... absolutely the most interesting game so far ... Lille has been on a shopping spree since they sold Eddie H ... but Saint-Etienne has an excellent core of players that'll put up a huge fight. I think that due to being at home, Saint-Etienne will be victorious. Sochaux - Bastia1-1 I think many people will say this'll be an easy victory for Sochaux ... I don't think it'll be at all ... I think that people will underestimate Bastia ... especially the Sochaux players ... I'm quite certain that it'll be a draw. Troyes - Valenciennes0-2 Valenciennes will have no problems with sweeping Troyes aside in their first game of the season ... While Valenciennes has made their team stronger ... Troyes has lost one of their key players in Sidibe ... first goal will come after 20 minutes.
